Intellectual Property Policy
Effective date: May 20, 2026
This Intellectual Property Policy governs ownership, licensing, and permitted use of materials, content, code, prompts, workflows, automations, AI Systems, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with AI Dominion Consultant and/or J. Johnson & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
1. Company-Owned Materials
All proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, prompts, prompt libraries, workflows, automations, source code, configurations, documentation, training materials, branding, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, websites, and related materials developed, owned, or licensed by the Company are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
2. Limited License to Clients
Subject to full payment and ongoing compliance with applicable agreements and this Policy, the Company grants Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use deliverables and access provided Services solely for their internal business operations.
3. Restrictions
Clients and users shall not:
- resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly publish Company materials
- reverse engineer, decompile, or extract underlying methodologies, prompts, or models
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- use Company trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
- train competing AI models on Company prompts, outputs, or proprietary content
4. Client Content
Clients retain ownership of content, data, materials, and information they provide to the Company (“Client Content”) and grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, process, transmit, and modify Client Content solely as reasonably necessary to deliver the Services.
5. AI-Generated Outputs
Ownership and permissible use of AI-generated outputs depend on the underlying third-party model providers’ terms, applicable law, and the nature of the inputs. The Company makes no representation that AI-generated outputs are eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights, and Clients are responsible for independently evaluating the suitability of such outputs for their intended use.
6. Feedback
Any suggestions, feedback, ideas, or recommendations provided by Clients regarding the Services may be used by the Company without restriction, attribution, or compensation.
7. Infringement Claims
Claims of intellectual property infringement should be submitted in writing to the Company using the contact information below and should include sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material and the rights asserted.
