Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services, platforms, automations, AI systems, integrations, communications, and digital products provided by AI Dominion Consultant and/or J. Johnson & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. General Conduct

Users agree to use the Services lawfully, responsibly, ethically, and only for legitimate business purposes consistent with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
  • transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar laws
  • distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data
  • interfere with, disrupt, or overload Company infrastructure or third-party platforms
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary code, prompts, or model outputs
  • impersonate any person, entity, brand, or government agency
  • use the Services to develop competing products without written authorization
  • process protected health information (PHI) without an executed BAA where required
  • automate decisions affecting employment, credit, housing, or healthcare without legally required human review

3. AI & Automation Use

Users shall not deploy AI Systems or automations provided by the Company to generate deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, sexually explicit, violent, harmful, illegal, or otherwise abusive content, or to engage in deepfake creation, impersonation, or manipulation of any individual without lawful authorization.

4. Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, account access, devices, and integrations, and must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access, breach, or security incident to the Company.

5. Enforcement

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations, restrict or suspend access, terminate accounts, remove content, cooperate with legal authorities, and take any other action it deems necessary or appropriate to enforce this AUP and protect the Services, users, and third parties.
