AI Systems & Automation Disclaimer

AI Dominion Consultant and/or J. Johnson & Associates, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning systems, automation technologies, chatbots, virtual assistants, automated workflows, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and third-party AI technologies in connection with the Services.
1. AI Systems May Be Used To Support

- communications
- appointment scheduling
- operational support
- reporting
- analytics
- customer engagement
- lead management
- AI-generated responses
- administrative functions
- business process optimization
2. Users Acknowledge and Agree That:
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, interruptions, delays, limitations, or unintended results.
- AI systems may require human review, verification, monitoring, and oversight.
- Automated systems may not operate without interruption or error.
- AI technologies may evolve, change, or become unavailable without notice.
- Third-party AI providers may independently process or store information.
- AI-generated recommendations, responses, or outputs should not be solely relied upon for legal, medical, financial, compliance, regulatory, or professional decision-making purposes.
3. AI Dominion Consultant Does Not Guarantee
- error-free automation performance.

- uninterrupted platform availability
- continuous access to third-party AI providers
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating, reviewing, approving, implementing, and verifying the appropriateness, accuracy, legality, and suitability of all AI-generated outputs, automations, workflows, communications, and operational decisions.
AI Dominion Consultant reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or replace AI systems, automation technologies, integrations, workflows, or third-party providers at any time where commercially reasonable or operationally necessary.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Certain subscription Services may rely upon third-party software providers, cloud environments, CRM systems, AI providers, payment processors, communication systems, or hosting vendors.
AI Dominion Consultant is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, operational failures, API limitations, pricing changes, or discontinued services caused by third-party providers beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the AI Dominion Consultant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, reliance upon, or inability to use any AI System or AI-generated output.
6. Acceptable Use of AI Outputs
Clients and users agree not to use AI Systems or AI-generated outputs to violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, generate deceptive or harmful content, impersonate any person or entity, automate unlawful activity, or otherwise misuse the technologies provided.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
